I'm so intrigued by these photos by
Ryan Matthew Smith that he took for a new cook book called
Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking. You can definitely see that the book is made with a team of scientist, chefs, inventors, editors and former Microsoft chief technology officer (yes,
Nathan Myhrvold wrote it with his team). I think I have to have this.
