Who killed Laura Palmer?

This post is dedicated to my dear friend who just got to know who killed Laura Palmer. I have tried years to watch all the episodes of Twin Peaks but I still haven't got the time for that (and I do not know who killed Laura). But I found this interesting website about Twin Peaks.
